    I like to work out, but I am getting a little tired of the regular workouts that I always do, so I appreciate this information on how to switch it up with pilates. I like how you point out that not only does pilates help you get more in shape, but it increases range of motion, joint stiffness, and improves your nervous system. I don’t see any reason why someone wouldn’t want to at least try it out if those benefits are possible. Thanks for sharing this!
